Women’s Wellness Expo

There will be information booths – health and wellness education and resources provided by community partners to include (but not limited to) the following:

Vaccination information
Mental health information
Physical health and fitness information
Maternal health and birthing information
Parenting resource information
Autism spectrum resource information

Healthcare services – screenings and checks provided by appropriate health partners to include (but not limited to) the following:
Blood pressure screenings
Diabetes screenings
Depression & anxiety screenings
Sti screenings

In addition to these services we will provide:

Vendors – supporting local businesses with the opportunity to sell their products

Childcare – short term childcare so mothers can engage fully with components of the wellness expo without distractions

Wellness activities – guided physical activities where attendees can come as they are and participants

Raffles and giveaways – prizes for attendees given out throughout the duration of the event

Engagement with our affiliate groups (philo affiliates: for women without a college degree, rhoer affiliates: for young ladies 12-18, rhosebud club: for girls ages 8-11) as an opportunity to learn more about these groups and membership opportunities within them.
