Kipp: Metro Atlanta schools Open Enrollment has BEGUN. Kipp is a FREE College preparatory public Charter school. At Kipp, teachers scholars, and families are all united around the same goal: College and choice-filled life. Kipp: Metro Atlanta Schools are a part of free public schools system and enrollment is open to all students. There are no academic or behavioral requirements for enrollment.
