Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they secure your appointment time and cover preparation and reserved availability. Appointments booked within 48 hours of the scheduled service are considered final. If these appointments are canceled for any reason, the deposit will be withheld. Failure to provide proper notice prevents us from accommodating other clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
